アイマスのコミュ動画を翻訳していただけませんか？
アイマスMADを英語話者向けに紹介するTHE iDOLM@STER MAD World Serviceができたように、日本にも「外国の人にもアイドルマスターの良さを知ってもらいたい」「日本で盛り上がっているアイマス文化を見てもらいたい」と考えている人々がいます。
ゲーム「THE IDOLM@STER」は基本設定において未成年の若者を働かせるという微妙な問題を抱えており、欧米での移植が難しいコンテンツです。たとえ変態気味な要素がクリアされても、欧米でゲームが発売されるかどうかは分かりません（基本的には若者の成長を描く善良な物語ですが）。
アイドルマスターの動画はYouTubeでも英語等のコメントでたくさん反響を得ています。しかし、その多くの人はアイドルキャラクターの性格をよく知らないでしょう。それでは面白さが半減してしまい、（余計なお世話ですが）熱心なファンにとっては残念です。
キャラクターの性格を良く知るには、コミュ動画を見るのが一番の道です。アイマス世界の基本ストーリーがここにあるからです。このサイトで紹介している通り、ニコニコ動画には多くのコミュ動画がアップロードされています。アイマスMADとともに、それらのコミュ動画からアイマスのファンになった人はかなり多いでしょう。ゲームメーカーのバンダイナムコも、この状況をふまえたビジネスモデルを展開しており、著作権的な問題はまず起こらないと考えます。
そこで、外国語の字幕つきのコミュ動画を実現させたいのです。残念ながら、私は自然な字幕を書けるほどの英語力を持っていません。日本でMADを作っている多くのユーザーも同様のようです。訳文さえあれば、字幕付きの動画を制作する人はきっと見つけてみます。
そこで、何点かでも、コミュ動画の会話とナレーションの翻訳文を募集しています。基本的に英語翻訳を募集しますが、それ以外の言語でも歓迎です。このブログの該当する動画（例・http://d.hatena.ne.jp/Sugio/20071230/p1のようなURL）のコメント欄に、訳文を投稿してください。あなたのお気に入りの動画や、キャラクター紹介に向いた動画（例えば765秒のコミュ動画でわかる水瀬伊織でご紹介したような？）を選んでみてください。
その後、動画制作者を募集して動画の字幕として転用させていただきたいと思います。もちろん、ご自身で直接動画を作成してYouTube等に投稿していただいてもかまいません。こちらからも紹介させていただきます。

■ Could you translate videos of comunication events of THE iDOLM@STER?
(Sorry for awkward English.) There are Japanese people who want foreign people "to know the charm of THE IDOLM@STER" and "to see Im@s culture which is rising in Japan", as THE iDOLM@STER MAD World Service which introduces the Im@s MAD for English speakers was made.
In a basic setup, the game "THE IDOLM@STER" has the delicate problem of working underage young women, and contents with a difficult transplant in the West. Even if Hentailike element is cleared, there is no telling whether the game is put on the market in Europe and America (it is a good tale which draws growth of the young girls fundamentally).
The gameplay videos of THE IDOLM@STER has responded in large numbers by an English comment also in YouTube. However, A large majority of man will not know the character of the Im@s idols. Then,(it is excessive care) eager Hwang is sorry for fun to be halved.
In order to get to know the character of the Im@s idols well, the best way looks at gameplay videos of comunication events. It is because the basic story in the Im@s world is here. In the Niconico Douga, many videos of comunication events have uploaded as introduced at this site.
Probably, there are quite many people who became Hwang of Im@s from those videos with Ima@s MAD. NAMCO BANDAI Games is also developing the business model based on this situation, and I think that a copyright problem does not arise probably.
Then, videos of comunication events with the title of a foreign language is realized. Though regrettable, I do not have command of English to the extent that a natural title can be written. It seems that many users who are making MAD in Japan are also the same. If there is even a translation, those who make a video with subtitles surely find it.
Then, I am inviting even several number of translation sentences of narration and conversation of the comunication events to be contributed.
Although English translation is invited fundamentally, it is a welcome also in the other language. Please contribute a translation to the comment field of an entry which corresponds in this blog(ex. http://d.hatena.ne.jp/Sugio/20071230/p1). Please choose your favorite comunication events or events suitable for character introduction (like some videos I introduced in http://d.hatena.ne.jp/Sugio/20080803/iori765 ?).
After that, I will look for creater of subtitles and the translations will be diverted to subtitle videos. Of course, I welcome that you may create videos with subtitles directly and contribute to YouTube etc. I will introduce them also here.
